A few weeks ago I posted a note about my F280 flash not firing in Normal
mode on my OM-4t, only in Super-FP. I received a number of suggestions and
tested each one, alas none seemed to work. I decided to try another flash
so I went to Adorama since they had a used one on sale. Tried it (with film
loaded in the camera, thanks to those who educated me about the way the OM-4
reads light). No luck. The sales guys tried some things, even taking
another OM-4 body, still no luck. I think they are still trying to test it.
Guess I'll just live with it.
