Well.........

It seems unlikely that any foreign visitor would wish to visit these areas
anyway, particularly at this ungodly hour. Despite the media hype, the UK is
relatively crime free as far as tourists go. There will always be areas that
have more crime than others, but to label these areas as 'crime capitals' is
ridiculous.

Just take sensible precautions and you will be OK.
