My handle fell out completely once, and had to have it replaced. I'll bet I
have the only chrome OM-2n in existence with a black rewind handle.

Mine had this chronic problem and I took the approached offered by someone
else of bending the pin a little and pushing it back in the hole. It works like
a charm. I pair of needle nose pliers may come in handy while doing this both
for bending and pushing it back in the hole. Bill Barber
