I think its possible but cost prohibitive. The glass elements are coated by
vapor deposition in a vacuum chamber. The lens would have to be completely
disassembled, all the elements carefully cleaned, the coated, then
reassembled. The coating process is expensive, and the labor to dis- and re-
assemble the lens also. Better to buy a multi-coated version, or just live
with single-coated.
