Yes, it's possible, there are companies that specialise in this type of thing.
It is very expensive though, count on at least $50 per element. Cemented
elements may also have to be separated before being recoated.  That would
add significantly to the total cost.  Usually it's only cost effective to do
this on very expensive lenses, and even then it's usually only done on one or
two elements.
