A reasonably priced dual-purpose meter is the Polaris
Flash/Ambient meter. Used they are in your price range.
Accurate, compact, ambient light dome. Does the trick.
Best of all, it's also a flash-meter!
Otherwise, A Gossen Lunapro ranks as one of the all-time best
handheld light meters ever made. Sold mine because of the
duplication with the Polaris. You can send it it to have the
battery upgraded to non-mercury.
One meter? Low Price? Flash Capabilities? Digital? Ambient
light dome? Horrible leatherette case design? Polaris.
