Hi Bill,
I you're worried about that, get some silica gel, dry it out in the oven at
200deg F for 20 - 30 minutes (until the colour is quite blue) , then put some
of these dry crystals, after cooling, in the middle of a handkerchief of any
sort (paper, cotton) (all corners closed together firmly with a rubber band)
and place in Ziplok bag with the lenses. Zip bag shut, store cool. Start
painting. No worries.
