My answer was "almost" sarcastic.  Sorry.  Didn't consider skew wound
photons.  I have never seen this problem, or heard of it. I did have a 2N
with bad karma once.
I think the only way this could happen would be if the film was not being
pulled straight across the casting opening.  I agree, the entire series of
cameras would show it.  So, the space between frames is okay but then the
edge of the frame is not perpendicular to the outside edge of the film.
odd.  If the film is indeed being pulled straight across, both alignment pin
screws are there to guide the film..........good luck.....I don't envy the
guy who commits to repair something like that.
