  He finally refunded my money, when I sent him a Pay pal bill. So I can't
file for Fraud

  I picture this guy in a shack in his underwear, surrounded by all his shit
thinking he is the man. Hopefully he'll get snowed in and have to eat his own
foot.

  You are right about this guy.
  In an Olympus camera mail list I belong to, we're working to get his ass
kicked out. He's incorrectly listed a lens as a more expensive item then
claims it was an accident yet, never changes the listing.

  Then, he re-lists the item yet again the same way.

  I won't get into his email replies but, they are stupid and attempt to be
intimiding and, dance around the subject.

  The only way to get him kicked off is for someone to file a fraud complaint
under the "rules and safety" section.
  That has to be someone who has purchased something from him.

  All we can do it report him for listing violations which, we are doing.

  Oh, you can't list something in the wrong category. That's a no-no too!
  That's in the "Seller places listing in impropery category" rule.

  To report this, one might go to:

  http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=GetRNSWebFormShow&;
  flag1=0&flag2=1&flag3=9&rcode=420100101000000&subjecttier1=Questionable+Cont
  ent+on+eBay&subjecttier2=Listing+Violations+-+Proper+format%2C+content+and+c
  ategorization&Query=Improper+Category+Listing+-+Seller+places+listing+in+imp
  roper+category

  So, I will be contacting some other dissatisfied purchasers and, perhaps
enough complaints will get something done.
