You can get the cap new from B&H (special order) for $29.50, and I think
Camtech carries it too. It's the same one for the 16mm fisheye.
I have the 18mm, and the cap doesn't stay on very well. I now keep the cap
secure with a wide rubber band. That front element buldges out way too far
for me to not get a little squeemish, but I take the lens just about
everywhere.
You should be able to get a generic72mm cap at any well-stocked camera shop
(getting harder and harder to find), and the Oly cap is available new from
B&H (and I suppose Camtech, too).
