Thanks!  That's a great idea!  I never thought of it..

I want to prevent light robbery due to parallax of close dark objects near
the end of angle of view...

Albert,
Have you looked through the back of the camera with the shutter open?  Fire
the shutter on 'B' with the back open an physically look through the back
and see if you can see the hood.  It should be OK if you can't.
