Thanks Hans,
It "looked" like the F-280 would "fit" into the power-supply/hot-shoe
mount of the BG2, as it has the "socket" (sans pins) to fit it; I
guess I'll get some use out of the F-280 after all, as I kinda
relegated it to a bag because of it's weight. (seemed a little heavy
for a hotshoe, esp. a Shoe1, and I was worried about it's base)

F280 will work in TTL mode on the PBG2, but isn't powered by it and
you're
correct it won't cooperate with T flashes (or other F280's).
