Since collecting things is an addiction that includes many
things besides cameras, I've been wondering if any of you
Zuikoholics are also coin collectors. I was an avid collector
of mostly Mexican coins back in the '60s and recently the bug
has bitten again ... but now also includes Chinese coins,
especially Pandas ... and U.S. silver & gold.
I'd like to gather advice and ideas off list.

Not really, but I do have an undated silver coin from the
Greece/Macedon area with the face of Alexander the Great from about
330 B.C. The back is messed up due to fusing with other coins lying
in a tomb for 2000 years. I love the idea that people touched it,
carried it around and used it so long ago. Maybe used it to buy wine
for a party. It sort of telescopes time. I suppose I am basically a
romantic.
