I finally got that 4T yesterday at the price of $260 which some of the list
member thought was a bargain.
Checking it again I found this time that the flash led did work! it
definately works from teh pc socket so I think the loose hot shoe has
something to do with intermittant working of led. It had a fair bit of
sticky labels and gunge on it, cleaning it makes it look quite respectable.
It has the usual wear on the champagne top and bottom. I'll know more when I
run a roll of film through it.
I also went to a model shop and got a Tamiya paint - Titanium gold which
looks like a very close match to the original champagne finish. I havenot
tried the paint yet so I do not know how it would look.
