You are absolutely correct! It is the 80-210 and it is a #03A with the Adaptall 2 on it.

I have just acquired a Tamron 85-210 f3.8/4 zoom with an  Adaptall adapter
on the end for OM.  I also have a Kitstar 135 mm f3.5 for OM.  Can anyone
tell me anything about these two lenses?

The Kitstar seems to take nice sharp pictures. I have not used the Tamron yet.
