Received this by way of another list.   Sad news, but expected.  If the 4Ti
is still being sold new, how can they be doing final repairs with no
warranty?

In some ways we're  "ahead" of  Japan ;-)  They "just" stopped doing  1
through 2N?  OA stopped doing them YEARs ago.
