It has a better lens than the other Oly rangefinders, but it's
significantly bigger.  Also, the shutter actuating mechanism is quite a
bit clunkier than the others and so it's a little more prone to
vibration at slow shutter speeds than a 35RD/RC etc.  The spot metering
doesn't seem to work very well on mine, so I can't comment.

I didn't think that the shutter was particularly unique.  Someone (I
think it was John Hermanson) once posted here that the same shutter was
also used by other manufacturers for their compact rangefinders.

Have a look at an RD, if you can find one - you may like it even more.
