But I think that everyone will agree that if you don't exercise electrolytic 
capacitors [e.g. equipment sits in storage], that they will eventually go bad 
and possibly "blow up" [in the "let the magic smoke out" sense -- power supply 
caps used to like to do this] when you do try to use them.
