1. Use a 1-4 or 2-4 (best) screen without microprism or other stuff, you
can't use in the dark.

2. The smaller the depth of field the more easy is to focus. So use the
longest possible lens with the greatest possible aperture.

3. Use the best possible lens regarding contrast. For example inspite of my
point 2., the Zuiko 2,8/24 is far more easy to focus than the Vivitar
2,0/28!!
