[OM] Vivitar 75-250 3.8-4.5 Macro Zoom

As part of a camera system I just purchased, I received a Vivitar 75-250
3.8-4.5 Macro Zoom. It's got an OM mount,  one touch zoom, multi-coated and
in mint condition. Has anyone ever used one of these and if so or know the
characteristics of this lens?

I wasn't planning on it, but I think it's a keeper. Anyone know what it
might be worth?
