Susan,
Yes, there are some plugins built into PS 6.0 that will allow you to convert
a scan into a B&W sketch. There are also some additional techniques that you
can use to improve the effect. I'm at work and don't have the techniques
right in front of me (and I don't use that one enough to have it memorized!) -
but if you wish, I can email the information to you later this evening.

I use my Om's in my business to take photos of clients interiors and hten
convert them to black and white sketches, therby being able to sketch in
changes with colored pencils and give them a "visual" to help them see the
needed changes in decor.
For those of you using Aodbe Photoshop 6.0, does it have the ability to
render a photo as a b&w sketch? I know the lesser PhotoDeluxe can, but does
the larger Photoshop do this also?
