Used to be, *macro* meant bigger than life-size on film. No one seems to follow 
that any more (hey that's as close as an Epic will focus!)!

Zuiks,

The current TOPE has brought up a question in my head -- at what point does
normal become macro become micro?  Are there hard & fast rules for this?
I'd kind of assumed that the normal-macro transition happened when an image
was made at a magnification exceeding the closest focus of the lens being
used, with micro occurring somewhere way beyond that.
