I can't translate the Dutch, but it looks like a small schottky diode
(1N5711, 1N6263, BAT81 or BAT83) in series with a SR44 mounted inside
the outer case of a dead PX625. A 470 Ohm resistor is used to fully
discharge the old battery before drilling into it and scraping out the
innards. I suggested this technique myself, although I didn't have the
bright idea of using an old 625 to house it. To recap: schottky diodes
have a smaller forward voltage drop than conventional diodes - about
0.2V rather than 0.5-0.6V, which makes them just about right for
dropping the voltage of an SR44 to PX625 levels.

A diode-length slot is cut into the outer case and the diode cathode
soldered to it. Two discs of insulating material, one with a tab bent
upwards are placed in the bottom of the casing, and a smaller metal disc
on top of that. The metal disc has a tab which is bent upwards. The
diode anode is soldered to the tab on the metal disc. A strip of
insulating material is stuck to the inside of the casing side wall.

The tab of the metal disc is (I think) inside the insulating strip. The
tab on the insulating disc stops the anode lead from the diode from
contacting the outer case.

An SR44 should then fit neatly inside.
