So its seems I am living on luck? The A1L unit I just received form Ebay is
working as you describe it should. I can only guess this has to be more than
5 yrs old.....Is there an estimate no of flashes expected for this unit?

I wonder how much longer I have? How long are lithium batteries expected to
last?
