[OM] What's the big deal with the 40mm 2.0?

Just curious why so many people mention the 40mm 2.0 as being up there
with the ultimates as far as the Zuiko collection is concerned.

Is it a rarity thing or a quality thing? Or just a "must own every
Zuiko" thing?
