Try scrubbing it down good with denatured alcohol, then a bath in soapy water
with a little Chlorox added. Dry it in the sun, turned so the sunlight
strikes the inside of the bag. This may do the trick.
Denatured alcohol usually does a good job of removing fungus from lens
surfaces if the fungus has not etched the glass.
