Sure, the 7, 14 and 25mm Auto Extension Tubes.

No. However, a secret to better depth of field in macrophotography is
not to fill the frame and then to enlarge the image more (cropping,
slide duplication, etc.). Which is another way of saying: don't use the
aforementioned tubes :-)
