This is the first time I've ever complained about message quoting but
today's example is just ridiculous.
Some of you rascals who use message quoting in your replies and don't trim
them to the minimum necessary length should take a look at this page from
today's (2/2/01) archive to see what a mess it makes:

Bad enough to quote entire messages verbatim, but in the archives the HTML
tags don't mean anything - they just make it nearly impossible to read the
text. That particular archive is approximately 90eedlessly quoted
messages and puts a strain on the server resources.
