I have had similar situations twice, emailed and asked for a full replacement 
(including my shipping costs) and was reimbursed. I did not threaten at all 
in the letter but was very firm and used terms such as "disappointed."  A 
non-camera user may not realize that we take the old screen out and put it in 
the box of the new one. My estate would probably have the same problem...
