"Heads up," members outside the USA!
A couple of months ago I registered with PayPal (www.paypal.com) for them to
tell me when they actually did as they promised for 2000, to go
international, and today they sent me a message to say they have.
I haven't yet checked all the terms and conditions to know how it compares
with Billpoint, my current favo(u)rite way to pay, but from an example
quoted, one difference is that you can transfer funds even if they're not
linked to an auction.
