Joel,
Hooked up my 5600 and the Bare Bulb Head.  Used flashmeter 3 times @ 10 ft.
Like Roger says: ~5.6 @100 ISO, just a tad higher, not quite to 8.
My room has white walls and ceiling, dark carpet.  Meter was ~4 feet off
floor, flash was ~2 feet off floor.  Meter was set for incident light.

BTW, you don't need to have the OM, or any other base on the 4600 or the
5600 for the bare bulb head to function.
