I have one. It's OK. I use it mainly for flash calibration and light
balancing. The main disadvantage is that it only has two shutter speeds 
(1/60 and 1/250). That's OK for my OMs. I think the IVF has multiple 
speeds, but of course you really want the Flashmeter V, right?

The used prices I've seen seem a bit high, vis-a-vis the IVF.

It's a real battery hog. I take the batteries out most of the time. A meter
that uses cheap AAAs is better than one that uses PX28s.
