Check the Epson printer driver on your work PC/printer combo, if you haven't
already done so. Epson offers lots of flexibility in their drivers, which
can produce some...ahh...*interesting* results if mishandled.
Also, do you know whether anyone at work has used a refill kit on that
Epson? If so they may have injected non-Epson inks.

The problem would appear to be, after all, the fact that I used a cartridge
from Jessops rather than Epson. When I replaced it with the Epson cartridge
the colours went back to normal. What the problem is with the Epson 700
here
at work is another issue, since it already has Epson cartridges in it.
Let that be a warning to you all.
