i've noticed the same with 35mm (fixed focal, non-zoom) P/S cameras...such
vivid blue skies (totally unreal, btw, since the "real" skies are smoggy),
using regular fuji print film and proc/printing, whereas i'd have to use
velvia to get similar results....
