[OM] eSIF server changes?

hans, do you still have the mirror at redrival (or whatever it was)? and
it looks like xoom is now nbci? anyone else know what happend? is the
xoom->nbci change only for the eSIF or does it hold true for personal web
pages also? i'd like to keep my links current, thanks,
