I got a firm warning glare from a state trooper during a stopover for
coffee. Guess he didn't like my Texas plates. Or the fact that I was
driving only 10 mph over the limit. All the locals were *flying*!
Folks in Louisville, OTOH, were as pleasant as one could hope for.

I was warned by the state of Kentucky about 14 years ago that they were
about to forfeit my right to drive in their fine state. Since I'm not sure
if I am legal, I drive faster so I can get through sooner. ;-)
