[OM] Wide Angle Zoom Question

Is there a constant aperature wide-angle zoom  (approx 18-35mm max), that is
affordable, and of decent quality? Used is preferred. Those variable aperature
lenses are beyond what I will cope with, using studio strobe, etc.. :)
