[OM] Contests

Most "contests" want to retain the right to use the photo even if you 
lose and get no compensation. Read the small print. 990f entrants 
are giving their work away.

At least in this one the photographers retain all rights, but photos 
are not returned. They accept jpeg entries & award about $25,000 per 
year. Fair enough.
