Chris,

It's a good swap. The 75-150 is worth $80-100 if it is in good condition.
The 285 is worth about $80 brand-new.

By the way, I own both the 75-150 and the 100-200 and, while I like them
both, the 75-150 gets about 10 times the use.  It's quite a bit smaller and
lighter and the range works better for me.
