[OM] Need help with Paint Shop Pro 6.02

Is there anyone who uses Paint Shop Pro v 6.02 or any previous edition
which incorporates the drop shadow editing tool?

I am in need of some help and if anyone can contact me off list to give
me some advice I will be very grateful.
