Hi,

While we're on the subject of scanners, are there any besides the HP film
scanner that uses a USB interface instead of SCSI? I have to admit that I am
scared off by the prospect of trying to insert a new card and get it up and
running. Also, can I please have a reference to "Tony Sleep's" scanner list.

My Agfa Snapscan 50e uses a USB. Installation was very close to "plug and
play".
It requires, however, at least Windows 98, not 95. Recent Mac OS is fine
too.
See http://members.xoom.com/_XMCM/photovoogt/index.html for some results.
