Very likely.

My copy of Franz Pangerl's book "The World of OM-Systems" printed 1977
lists only one zoom, the 70-150/4, as "available for delivery" at the
time. The 35-70/3.6, 85-250/5 and are all listed as "planned for
mid-1978". Same applies to the 180/2.8.
The 100/2 is listed as "in preparation" and the 21/2 as "probably from
mid-1978".
