You stole my line.  Having lived in Kansas, it is FLAT, at least in the
western half.  And if that ball rolled when you set it down, it was the
wind, not gravity.  Should roll south most of the time.  Nebraskans missing
"yard art" from their yards start looking for it in Oklahoma.
