Thanks for the feedback, Joel. I don't have the 70-150 zoom (yet) but it's one of the only two I'd consider for the OM-1, the other being the teensy 35-70/original.

Since absolute portability is my main concern I probably will stick with a plain vanilla 50/1.8 and the macro doodad for now for this project I'm working on. That way I'm less likely to leave the Kodachrome-loaded OM behind while carrying my Canon FD gear, only to discover a new building for my photo project.

When Ken and I got together a year ago, I mounted his IS diopter thingy on
my 75-150/4 and thought it seemed fantastic -- if you already have both.  I
guess I wouldn't go out of my way to get either one just for the other.
