Sorry to hear your 4Ti is acting up.  As a fellow Canadian, I know the hassles
you need to go through to send something south of the border for service.
For this reason I've used Nortown in the past and they've always been great.
They do know what they're doing when it comes to Olympus cameras and I've
only ever heard good things about them.  However, be prepared for a long wait.
For some reason they always seem to have a big backlog and it sometimes takes
1-2 months to get a camera back from service.
