You don't have to be selling something to infringe a trademark or
copyright. I hope that if Olympus has already or does in the future
discover your site that they wouldn't bother you about it. They don't
appear to be very vigilant about the OM-system, and unless they can
show that they have pursued infringers they will loose thier rights to
the marks. How many years has your site been up?
