I see no errors in the numbers you computed, but I would imagine
that the OM-4t cannot guarantee accuracy below -5 EV. The OM-2,
OM-2n on the other hand have two OTF sensors, so -6.5 EV is
possible. Film reciprocity is probably more of an issue at low EV
and long exposure.
