Try lighter fluid dribbled in to aperture mechanism of the bellows unit..at
the same time work the lever.. do this a few time .. works wonders....fluid
is naphtha... not sure if naphtha has some form of oil in it....buy in any
store like Walgreens.
This can solve many, many problems.
