eBay feedback policies have been changed. Recently I wanted to leave
positive feedback for a seller I bought something from after
negotiating to bridge the gap between my high bid and his reserve.
It proved to be impossible, as opposed to my earlier experience.
I am afraid that a seller can now leave feedback (either good or bad)
which is specific auction related and for the _winning_ bidder
only.... and vice versa.
And only if the reserve has been met - which in your case you will
have no complaints about ;-)
