The only examples I can think of where it was done deliberately were the
Kodak Retinas in the late 50s/early 60s. The first attempts were with
convertible lenses which fitted the Retina Reflex and the IIIc folding
c.r.f., and full interchangeability came with the Retina Reflex III and the
rigid c.r.f. Retina IIIS.

In the same era, you could buy a threaded tube to allow any screw mount
s.l.r. lens to fit and work with a Corfield Periflex, which used an inverted
periscope rangefinder to focus so didn't need coupling cams. The tube took
up the difference in the focus register between s.l.r. and c.r.f. lenses.
You can probably "cobble up" an adapter for most s.l.rs to take a c.r.f.
lens but of course it will only focus at close distances.
